Fullmetal Kingdom ~ Possible Friendships?

I felt like doing a meme similar to who could get along in a unique friendship. These characters never met before in their separate franchises, but in Fullmetal Kingdom, I'm considering these friendships because they were fun to think of.

10. Pete & Alex Louis Armstrong ~ Pete was one of Crimson's henchmen, but when he went out to carry out a mission, he NEVER imagined crossing paths with the Stong-Armed Alchemist, who saw a 'suffering child' within Pete. So he took it upon himself to teach Pete how to be a better man than before, and though Pete was hesitant, he knew that deep down, he wanted to be strong enough to overcome anything, so he took Armstrong up with his invitation and the two trained like brothers!

9. Envy & Isa/Saix ~ These two knew Sora & Edward inside and out, and would love nothing more than to humiliate or control them...or just kill them. These similar traits led to their union. This team-up made Xehanort inspired to serve Father through-and-through, and after the two lost against their foes, their remains were all Father and Xehanort needed to create Envaix (envious), a new villain who shared the egos AND consciousness of both villains!

8. Lea/Axel & Ling Yao/Greed ~ Roxas's leave changed Axel (for the better actually) into a freelance agent and eventual ally to Sora and Edward's cause to stop Father and his followers! And even though most of the time, Greed was possessing Ling Yao, Greed saw a kindred spirit in Axel (who went back to the name Lea) and enjoyed throttling enemies by his side while lamenting about their former allies, the Homunculus and Organization XIII.

7. Lan Fan & Aqua ~ To become Warriors of Light, our heroes had to have a master who could show them the ropes, that's when Aqua came into the picture after being saved from the Gate. Seeing a kindred spirit in Lan Fan, who also wants to save someone she cares about (Ling Yao), Aqua enjoyed training with the Xingese warrior while the two spoke about their lives and their friends.

6. Riku & Alphonse Elric ~ Riku was Sora's second friend, as well as Sora's reason for knowing half of what is and what was in history, and the training he put Sora through in swordsmanship gave birth to Riku's brotherly persona. Riku learned about the Elric Brothers a while back, and when he first encountered Alphonse, he began a friendship with him, knowing that Al had a similar friendship with Edward.

5. Sheska & Dippy "Goofy" Dog ~ Goofy was silly as he was heroic, and when he met Sheska, they exchanged stories about their favorite historical figures and the books they read. Goofy and Sheska aided Winry and Donald in their secret missions, and through it all, Goofy saw a truly good friend in Sheska and recommended her as a Warrior of Light.

4. Terra & Riza Hawkeye ~ As soon as he came back, Terra devoted himself to saving/restoring his friends, Ventus and Aqua. This duty was rivaled to Second Lieutenant Hawkeye's duty towards her allys against the wrath of evil. The two fought once when their goals collided, but since that fight, the two became like brother-and-sister and worked alongside each other to aid their remaining friends.

3. Winry Rockbell & Kairi ~ Winry was at first threatened by Kairi due to her voluptuous appearance and being with Edward, but Kairi later learned about Winry's reasons and explained the truth, she was interested in AND in love with Sora and thought of Edward as a friend/gnat. The two expressed a sister-like bond and became good friends, seeing how both have someone they want to protect and will do anything to help them...even becoming Warriors of Light!

2. Crimson & King Bradley ~ These two kept their partnership a secret for years, and since their first meeting, they expressed interest in killing Father & Mother (Dante) and creating a world in which humanity lead their lives without any opposing forces. Though Bradley still wanted to rule, Crimson was content with the old boy's wishes and simply wanted to 'free' Amestris from the Homunculus. The two have a unique trust between one another and are shockingly successful when working together...

1. Edward Elric & Sora ~ Sora became Edward's best friend since their first encounter in Lior. Sora's suicidal ways of protecting the ones closest to him pissed the Fullmetal Alchemist off SO much that Ed expressed his concern for Sora's life without caring what the other said! Edward's honesty and words inspired the Keyblade Master to become not just a bodyguard, but a heroic ally. Since then, these two were an unstoppable team that fought for their friends AND families against the forces of evil!
